I ordered a game from videogamesplus.ca and I swear it shipped out faster than I could even fully process the order. Tracking updated the whole way, no weird gaps or anything, and it showed up a few days earlier than I was expecting. i’m completely convinced this was one of the fastest deliveries I’ve ever had. Super happy with it

"Long wait, barely any updates, and too much verification"
I ordered from overseas and it took way longer than I expected. The tracking hardly updated, so I ended up having to email just to figure out what was going on. On top of that, I felt like I kept getting asked to verify things over and over, which got annoying fast. The game did arrive in good condition in the end, but the whole wait and lack of clear updates made the experience frustrating...

"Usable, but not really worth calling smooth"
The site gets the job done, and I was able to find what I needed, but it felt a little clunky along the way. I had to click around more than I should have, and the search and filters could use some work. Pages loaded fine, so it’s not a bad site, but from a shopping experience standpoint, it feels average. Not terrible, just not especially good either.

I’ve bought a few games from here, and the prices are usually fair. Shipping can add a little extra sometimes, which is kind of annoying, but even then it still ends up being a good deal compared to a lot of other stores?? Overall, I’d buy from them again.

I ordered a couple of games from videogamesplus.ca, i was bracing myself for some random customs charge to show up later because that’s usually how these things go. But nope, the customs info was actually clear before I paid, so I knew exactly what to expect.
The package arrived without any issues, and the whole order was way less stressful than I thought it would be. I was kind of suspicious at first, then immediately like, okay, this is how it should be. Really appreciate a shop being upfront, especially when ordering from another country. I’d use them again.

"Solid Packaging, Worth the Short Wait"
I ordered a couple of Switch games from videogamesplus.ca and they arrived in a proper sturdy box, not one of those flimsy mailers. Common sense, really, but it makes a big difference. No dents, no crushed corners, and everything looked great when it showed up. Shipping took a little while, but the packaging was really good.

It usually does arrive, but I’ve had a few times where it was later than expected. What bothered me more was that when I asked about it, I felt a bit talked down to, like I was being unreasonable for wondering where my order was. Overall, it gets here eventually, but the experience could definitely be better

They do have some popular games, so it’s not like there’s nothing there. But when I try to find older titles or anything a bit more niche, I usually come up short. I ordered a PS5 game from videogamesplus.ca and appreciated that the listing clearly explained the region compatibility, because that was the main thing I was worried about. The shipping wasn’t exactly quick, so that part could’ve been a little better, but it wasn’t unreasonable either. The game worked on my console with no issues, so overall I’m happy with the purchase and would buy from them again.

I ordered a game from videogamesplus.ca and the tracking was clear the whole way.
I got an update when it shipped, and I could check where it was without having to guess. There weren’t any weird gaps or long stretches with no info, which I appreciated.

The package arrived in good shape and pretty much when the tracking said it would. Nothing fancy, just a smooth experience, and I’m happy with it.

Placing my order was fine, so I thought the rest of the site would be just as easy, but the account side was frustrating. They make it seem like managing your account is simple, but my password reset took way longer than expected and my order history didn’t show up right away. Support did answer eventually, but the replies were slow and not very clear. Overall, the ordering part worked, but the account features definitely didn’t match what I expected.
